实属不易!中航船舶厦门3艘全回转拖轮签约生效,即将交付

近日,由中航船舶厦门与江苏镇江船厂(集团)共同投资并由江苏镇江船厂承建的3艘33米全回转拖轮先后与中东及尼日利亚等业主签约生效,待客户定制化要求完成后即可交付。

自2014年下半年以来,油价断崖式下跌并长期低位徘徊,全球海工市场、海工装备配套被按“暂停键”,市场订单寥寥无几,持续发酵船东退单等情况,中航船舶厦门不改初心,联合中航船舶的市场营销优势,在东南亚、中东、非洲等“一带一路”、“第三世界”国家寻找机遇,功夫不负有心人,中航船舶厦门连续签约生效3艘33米全回转拖轮实属不易,正是“天道酬勤,历经艰难终结果;众志成城,乘风破浪会有时”。

据悉,该3艘33米全回转拖轮将于2017年8月交付船东。



这一系列33米全回转拖轮严格按照ABS船级社规范建造,可满足多种运营需求,具备港口操作、支援、护航、拖带、消防等功能;安装有2台卡特彼勒CAT3516C主机,总功率达4000千瓦,和Rolls-Royce推进器,拖力为70吨;自由航速最大13节。

该拖轮总长33.75m,型宽12.20m,型深5.40m,设计吃水4.23m,适用无限航区。按照美国船级社(ABS)标准建造,入级符号:ABS Al TOWING VESSEL, ESCORT VESSEL,,AMS, UNRESTRICTED NAVIGATION, FIRE FIGTHING VESSEL CLASS 1。

The capabilities of these Tugs include harbor operations, terminal support, escort duties as well as coastal towing fire-fighting operations. These 33m Tugs which are classed under ABS, Class Notation is: ABS A1 TOWING VESSEL, ESCORT VESSEL, AMS, UNRESTRICTED NAVIGATION, FIRE FIGHTING VESSEL CLASS 1.

These 33m Tugs are powered by 2 x CAT3516C main engines with a total power of 4000kW, propelled by Rolls-Royce azimuth thrusters. They are able to achieve in excess of 70MT bollard pull with free running speed of 13 knots.Length overall is 33.75m, module breadth is 12.20m, module depth is 5.40m, design draft is 4.23m.

除此之外,该拖轮主要甲板机械也采用知名品牌,包括带护航功能的Jebsen & Jessen拖缆绞车;工作臂长可达5米,起重能力为1吨的Palfinger起重机。

The other main equipment including deck machineries such as towing winch is installed with Jebsen & Jessen with escort function. A Palfinger deck crane with capacity of 1T @5m outreach is installed as well.

该拖轮住舱敞亮,符合MLC2006,包括2个单人间及4个二人间,可容纳10名船员;机舱布置合理,宽阔,整洁有序,降噪和减震效果堪称完美,远高于规范要求。

The accommodation caters for 10 crew in 2 x single man cabins 4 x 2 men cabins. The Tug is designed with optimized specious  engine room arrangement complies with the relevant rules regulations in terms of noise vibration levels.
